Payment and Delivery of Goods
Credit Card or other payment for orders either available from stock or otherwise will be taken immediately on receipt of an order. Barring exceptional circumstances, such as adverse weather or any other situation beyond our control, stock items will typically be shipped within one working day from time of an order being received.
On receipt of an order for an item out of stock, we will inform the customer as soon as is reasonably possible, at that time the customer may choose to cancel their order without penalty.
Items out of stock will typically reach you within 14 days from date of order. All prices include VAT at 17.5%

Product Guarantee
The Moonphaser (hereinafter called “The Equipment”) upon the following terms and conditions carries a 2-year guarantee covering defects in materials or workmanship effective from the date of delivery of the equipment to the customer. This guarantee does not cover faults or damage arising from any wilful act, negligence, abuse or misuse of the equipment by any person whatsoever or by accident including but not limited to damage by fire or water or acts of God. Moonphase Ltd. shall not be liable for direct, indirect or consequential damages as a result of any failure of the equipment. Moonphase Ltd. shall not be liable for failure to render service for causes beyond its control. This contract constitutes the entire agreement between Moonphase Ltd. and the customer. There are no representations, conditions or warranties, expressed or implied, which are not specified herein. This contract may only be varied as agreed between Moonphase Ltd. and the customer in writing.

Returns Policy
If as the customer you are not satisfied with the equipment for any reason, you should contact Moonphase Ltd. within 10 days of receipt of the equipment. We agree to refund the full purchase price and the outgoing delivery charges immediately the equipment is received back from you. Please note, the equipment must be returned in its original box in original condition complete with all paperwork, and sent by recorded delivery or any other traceable means. Moonphase Ltd. cannot be held responsible for loss of equipment in return shipments. We recommend you insure returns against loss for a sum at least equivalent to the purchase price.

We gather information to allow us to facilitate the purchase procedure. The relevant information is then used to maximise the effectiveness of our services, and to increase the speed with which transactions are conducted.

The European Commission has issued the "Distance Selling Directive", which applies to business-to-customer contracts and is intended to protect online shoppers and provide a level playing field on which businesses can compete.

The main characteristics of our goods : All items for sale at www.moonphaser.co.uk are pictured and/or described. If required, further information can always be supplied by contacting Moonphase Limited.
The price including all taxes : All items for sale are clearly priced.
Information on delivery time and costs: UK delivery of the Moonphaser by insured, traceable delivery are included in the pricing shown. All deliveries outside the UK are charged at an additional £5 as shown and the goods are sent by the closest available service to that used for UK deliveries. Accessory orders when ordered without a Moonphaser will be charged according to order weight.
A written confirmation of the order : After an order has been placed you will receive confirmation by email or phone depending on the method by which the order was placed.
Cancelling your order: You can cancel an order by telephoning +44 (0)1223 841035, or emailing us at info@moonphase.co.uk stating your order reference information. Goods generally ship out within one working day of us receiving your order - once the goods have shipped you may still return them to us under the our returns policy which is shown in full above.
After-sales service and warranty: If, for any reason, any of our products do not reach you in good condition, we will happily replace or refund the items concerned under the terms of our guarantee - see section above for full details. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
